Also, Elk, IMO PTSC offered Moore basically the same agreement as they offered Fish before taking everyone to court. Moore decided he wouldn't cooperate, or didn't want to leave his buddy Leckrone "flapping in the breeze", or for whatever reason, ego, pride, control, etc., he didn't agree to enforce the patent with PTSC.
Did PTSC tell Moore they had Higgins at that time? Did PTSC have B&O before talking to Moore? When did PTSC approach Moore? Did PTSC really go to Moore before filing for infringement? If PTSC filed before consulting Moore, did Intel get to Moore prior to litigation?
Why would Moore and Leckrone turn down possible BIG MONEY? That I can not understand. We shouldn't even have this situation ... How stupid...
