PTSC holds the patents.

The only bad thing is Charle moores shows up on all those patents as co inventor . With his name appearing first.

I don't like that at all.Having your name appear first on a legal doc. Always seems to carry more weight then second,third fourth or so on. Thats how average people look at it. Lets hope the judge ain't average.
