cowtown, what part of fraud don't you understand? Spongetech is a fraud. They have sales but not enough to turn a profit. They marketed those sales by selling stock to stuckholders like you and then by stiffing the advertisers.
In October the SEC made official announcement that this was a con job and yet those that write to the judge today kept on buying and kept on hyping the con. Pleading to a Judge to protect your bad investment and to keep a con going so that you can stick your losses on another is irresponsible.
if you want to claim conspiracy, start with validating teh SPNG filings. Start by proving the customers that accounted for 90% of sales overseas actually exists. Stop blaming everything else you can't prove in a conspiracy and start proving what SPNG stated was not lies.
