I think they finalized a PART the deal and more is on the way. I think they made the announcement for their own and new Remote customers benefit to smooth the transition from Remote over to Telogis, not for ours.
What recently was posted on Yahoo is for our benefit and it took them about 3 weeks to get it done, so things are progressing, there is no doubt in my mind.
