Absolutely, everything is moving along and motoring.

Even though they can't tell us how much we're getting because the deal hasn't been finalized, that doesn't stop them from issuing a PR announcing that they acquired assets. They can pick and choose what they announce. They can announce the deal even though they haven't finalized the deal.
