Something they do have now that was missing previously are large and big-name adopters, including large scale implementations. Prospects, especially large ones, always want to see someone of scale come before them. Getting an initial group of large scale adopters is generally one of the biggest challenges in selling new enterprise solutions.
In any case, if solutions have potential or latent demand, increasing awareness of them and a growing base of accounts (adopters) builds demand.
