JB said that he reached out to MD his very first day on the job, and has continued to reach out, finally meeting last week. I am sure MD was very skeptical given the circumstances, but hopefully something can be worked out for the betterment of the company. Would love to be a fly on the wall. lol

Sleep. I think it's great that MD is getting involved again. He created the company as we know it. He also ran out of money, but he was trying to bootstrap on a shoestring, and almost made it. Incredible achievement, and he wants to continue and take it to success. The Magic Johnson of the mining world.

MD has a BIG VISION as to what WUCC/CPRK is to become. Presenting his vision to potential investors can make a huge difference in the value and future of the company.

In my mind, the questions are, Is MD willing to let go of control, whcih he would need to do to be willing to share the details of his vision with JBand let JB run with it? Alternatively, Is JB willing to put MD in the saddle again? Third, Can JB be trusted to fulfill his promises, which may be very different from his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.

I think the share structure creates problems for both of these people. Both want to be in control and to make lots of money, and with shares scattered to the wind, neither is likely to be able to round up enough shares to run the company without oversight. And with the CPRKSA, it looks as if shareholders as a group are likely to asssume control. The lion's share of any benefit that arises from their effort will go to shareholders. That probably doesn't feel very good to either of them.

MD has apparently sold or lost most of his shares, which means that he would probably prefer a share structure where he can control without playing politics with a bunch of snotty shareholders like us. This suggests that both men might win if the current share structure is wiped out, or if it is diluted by giving something like 80% to someone who will give JB or MD full control.

I think MD is an incredible man, and has achieved something extraordinary. He is rightfully very proud of his achievement. I don't think he can be expected to be loyal to shareholders even though, as a member of the board of directors, he has a fiduciary responsibility to do so. He is loyal to the mine, and the current shareholder structure is an obstacle to his completing this dream of a highly profitable copper mine.

Has MD agreed to support the CPRKSA as a shareholder? Has he agreed to lend his shares to get CPRKSA recognized in the court case? I don't know the answer to that. It seems like an important question. His support would virtually assure that CPRKSA is recognized by the court.

As shareholders, we need to stand up and be heard in every aspect of the process if we want anything left. If lots of us don't stand up and insist on being involved, we will find that the shareholder structure is wiped out "behind closed doors" and we are left with nothing. This risk is the primary reason that CPRK stock is an extremely high risk and the share value remains so low. Too many rich and powerful people can benefit big time only if CPRK stock is wiped out. We own it. If we don't stand up in large numbers and fight every step of the way, we lose it. This means more than just sending an e-mail to CPRKSA with our name and share holding. It means doing whatever it takes. It makes me really happy that you have decided to get so involved.
