MD and MS have taken out their own "insurance" policies! They have both taken some leases in their names and they were very selective about it. They know where the best/most likely productive leases might be so they hand picked some. When JB drives this thing into chapter 7 MD and MS go to the new company/JB and sell their leases for good money with nice royalties attached. If it diesn't go to chapter 7 they still have lots of shares and can still sell their leases to JB/CPRK so either way their are "understandings" between JB and MS/MD prior to JB taking the helm. Either way they all win. JB charges such rediculously high fees that he'll be fine either way. Just paying him dang near puts us into chapter 7 even with DIP financing! Those low valuations are a dead givaway that he will shed no tears if we go to chapter 7. Keep acting JB were not as stupid as you think! IMO
As far as MD "taking great pride in what he has accomplished"....IMO he accomplished BK BK BK BK BK BK BK!!!!! So what if he put some leases together and built a crappy mill. He also signed the NS/PN deal that has come back to sink our ships. Why make deals like that with no flexibility when problems arise? What did we get out of that deal anyway? Their stupid lease? and for their lease were now in a lawsuit with a mill on there land and ore we have to process first but can't? Just sell the farm for nothing MD. The whole projects in jepardy, at least for us, for PN/NS lease. What a rocket scientist! As dumb as that was I can forgive lots of mistakes but the most reprehensible thing he did was having CM pump this stock on the market financial just a couple months before they announced BK....surely he knew they were in dire straights when that occured and that nothing CM said was likely to happen. He also allowed the stock to trade for days after BK was voted on and passed. It should have been frozen immediately. Anyone who invested between the vote and the announcement have a claim against CPRK for their money back! He hired CM with our funds and gave him no information or false information. CM said "BK is only talked about on this board"......next day BK is announced. Thanks MD. I put $7500.00 into this while MD/MS discuss BK and they send CM to talk about the mill running any day and becoming pink sheet compliant within 24 hours. We were defrouded out of our money plain and simple!!! This better turn out for us MD or your going to JAIL!!! We'll sue your A$$ to the ends of the earth!! I hope your new bride is proud of her little con-artist that she married! I have no problem if I lose my money when I was given straight up information. I can and have accepted that but that has not been the case here! I don't understand anyone who supports him after what he has done to so many of us! He is not my hero. BTW why didn't they renew the permits before going BK and risking the operation again over what 16K or so? No one around there could find 16K to avoid another big potential pitfall for the company? (Maybe they want Chapter 7???)
As fate would have it in my trucking job I recently picked up a load in Linden, TX at an iron carbonate mine and I got to talking to the shipper there and he and his associate go into troubled mining operations and they turn the operation around in 30 days or less or they charge no fees. I have his phone number if this would help us. He mentioned there are government programs that could help if its not too late too. Usually they contact him before they go BK and are flat out of money but he said he would try to help if we want it. Let me know CPRKSA if you want this information.
