You're right in that there will be new investors if IHGP/Yates puts everything in line and the timing is perfect. It's all about planning and timing. Investors want to make a quick buck and this will be their opportunity in their minds. They say high risk & high reward. Well, if you don't risk then no reward and that's what they think. It's like if you don't play the lotto then you can't win.
