I wish it were as simple as that, but we both know it isn't. As long as CEO's have the Safe Harbor Statement to hide behind, they can say almost anything they want to say. My only fear is that he threw this bone of the name change and 2 divisions to us with the hopes that we would be so excited, we would agree to an AS increase and not say much about it. The idea that people would be so eager with anticipation over the riches to be gained through the new divisions, might be one that ends up biting him in the backside if that is his plan. I don't think it would land him in jail, but I do think it might hurt the pps to a point that makes it tough for him to raise funds without massive dilution.
Hopefully this time things will be as straight forward as we want them to be and not as convoluted and messy as they have always been in the past.
