Dean said he would only increase the A/S if someone threw a couple of hundred million in funding in front of him. I believe he is sincere about that and take him for his word.

What I think is going to play out is that once Dean receives the initial funding ($110 million I surmise)he will initiate the buyout campaign talked about for many months. I expect the O/S to drop at least 300 million shares and maybe more. Some are speculating that he'll go for 500 million shares. This should give him enough wiggle room to provide an equity position for a major funder in the $350 million range. Also, assuming Newby is still arranging the funding, Dean would need several hundred million shares available for the exercise of those warrants.
