IAE: I'm afraid I have to disagree with your comments. There is no effective dilution. Yes, there are more shares but there is also much more cash, so the share count rises but so too does the cash per share on the balance sheet. Of course I wouldn't be too happy if I had purchased shares at say $3 a share or even $2 but for someone initiating a position at current prices, the share issue which drove share prices down simply offered them an excellent entry point. I expect IAE's share price will move up significantly in August. Of course if all that new money is simply paid out to managers as bonuses, then indeed we would have dilution, but that is clearly not the plan.
