Does it corroborate the allegation that Intel paid Dell huge sums of money to exclude AMD, and that the nature and purpose of these payments was concealed?

If there was illegal activity there and Intel had a hand in it they would have been charged with conspiracy. They weren't.

Actually no it doesn't, it does say THEY said it, but they haven't gone after Intel (SEC) so Intel expenses the money they paid correctly.
