If there was illegal activity there and Intel had a hand in it they would have been charged with conspiracy. They weren't.

Total dodge of the qeustion, but to address your diversion: Like Tecate said, Intel wasn't involved in Dell's mis-reporting, i.e. the subject and scope of this SEC case.

Since you apparently can't bear to answer honestly, the answer is: Yes, it corroborates the allegations.
