If you know the startup business at all, you would know that they are supposed to have several generations of prototypes and technical presentations. That is how the start up firms sell the idea. You cannot go to Australia or UMC with merely a mathematical analysis and wish to get MOU,conditional contracts, and such... People would not go through the hassles of drafting up a legal paper for just mathematical analysis...
