Questions for the board.
1. Tuesday is the 1st day possable to trade on the grays if it does correct?
2. Would we hear from the SEC that we are listed there? or do we just show up on the Grays?
3. Do we know for a fact that the company exists to trade or is it gone?
4. If we open and there is no MM to set the price do we open at the last close or at .0001

but #1 i dont have your phone # and #2 why does someone that is not an officer of the company have financials that are available to see??
I have never understood how people "know" all this stuff and yet never post it here for all to see
That is as illegal as it gets
I heard a poster saying that he had been on the phone all day with the 2 auditors etc etc and that BS
If i owned a company and my accountant was blah blahing on the phone with a common shareholder about my finances let me tell you what them assholes would be cutting me a BIG check, know where i am headin with this??
And also, anyone can through #s out there but yet we have NO "audied" signed off financials to debate
Roberta Petry has not filed for 5+ yrs no more no less there is NOTHING out there that is verifiable numbers
Anyway good friday to you buddy and if there is anything in this post that you disagree with throw it out here on the board, i think good debate is healthy for a stock and i feel it should be done in the open, not behind closed doors
