As far as the NOL, if you had called me when you said you would, you would have seen the NOL that's listed on their 3 years cf completed financiels.
Our mutual friend from CA has those filings. Perhaps you should contact him and have him tell you about the completed but not filed financials.
I think that most if not all pinkies that get halted for not filings have nothing but an empty shell with millions if not billions of shares outstanding. I think FNLH is different because it does have that only asset of a NOL on it's books as well as a decent share structure. I've been told that could be very attractive to the right private company that's looking to go public.
Yes, I agree,it looks like it's over and we'll all lose our money and Bob is the ONLY one to blame for not filing.
