The run was because of the hype and many folks bought into it and in turn purchased stock thus running the price up. After they were burned, they "left the building" forever never to return. There simply is not enough interest in this stock to "hype" or run it up because, A. It's a pink sheet and B. It already had it's one big run. So far. It will take some unbelivable news to move it significantly from this point forward.
