Good question!!! I'd love to know the answer to this also. Ya you'd think they would really want us to go away now but from previous actions, who the H knows. I'm siding towards a settlement before their a$$es end up in prison? IMO

it is strictly business for them.They knew they
would have to pay sooner or later.It took these
mooks more then 2 years to steal W.A.M.U. looks
like it is going to be 2 years to cover it up.
no press no nothing we are dead to the world.
our money will be slipped in our accounts in
the dead of night no fan fair, done.the price tag
is huge for this screw up they have to wait for the
last minute.I know if i owed that much i would put
it off till they were coming for me.
