Quick question for Rramirez and/or the board. Why couldn't JPM or the FDIC file an appeal on appointing the examiner? I know the first motion of the examiner was sent up to the third circuit court, and to my understanding if they accepted the motion then that could not be appealed. Thanks everyone.
