when you have a guy like Susman who has never lost a case and has the know how to win ( I see a settlement in the future)

When you have a guy like Willingham who has a track record of being on EC's and finding value for shareholders (I see a settlement in the future)

When you have a US trustee who is on the ball and knows the facts and defends the little guy ( I see a settlement in the future)

When an online community easily finds fraud at every turn and are able to see how you cannot sell 350billion in assets for a pittance and get away with it. ( I see a settlement in the future)

the 4 billion in deposits basically proves Fraud in black and white. How can you sell an entire company including a lot of holding company assets which is a no no for 1.9billion, but you still have more in cash??? case solved we were more than solvent. (I see a settlement in the future)
can anyone refute these points?

you might be right but you should listen to the hearings, we have been adjourned twice in the last 3 hearings due to "good faith negotiations", "positive dialogue" between the parties to "resolve many issues".
There have been clear indications of negotiations for a settlement with the EC for over a month now.
Mr. S would have never agreed to postpone the appointment of an examiner without serious negotiations.
To say that there is not indication of settlement talks with the EC is just not true.
No need to argue what your believes are.............

there is NO indication of any settlement with the EC at all...

and I blve there will never be one...
