Yep, I had a few remnant shares of one BB stock that went pinky and then after 2 years of not issuing even unaudited financials, the SEC and revoked the shares - the shell scammers appealed to a judge but lost. It might take the SEC another year at most to pull the plug on PYCT if they issue nothing.
