#2022 RE: ROCKS PA #2021

ROCKS PA. What a GREAT post. Thank you. I was not a Steelers fan but did want them over New England. Unfortunately I am stuck rooting for a team that has problems between the ears, especially on draft day. They draft a quarterback and then traded him for another quarterback simply because his daddy and big brother were/are good. No. I am not a Rivers fan. I wanted the small school quarterback that the Steelers got. Instead, my team also traded away future draft picks, including a number one pick. That's the problem with being age 70 and rooting for a team since I was a child. Oh well, maybe Eli will make me eat my words and the GIANTS might someday go again to the Super Bowl.
Sorry, you non football fans for this post but I wanted to vent my opinion of my team's front office.

Don't get me wrong, I think that some of the things Ben does is honorable. You forgot to mention the Tsunami donation he made! I just think the press was too full of him. Jake Plummer was also fined $30,000 a game for wearing the # 40 until the NFL decided against it. Anyway, being a big Junior Seau fan has left a bad taste for me concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers back then bragged (Ray Seals specifically) how they would not let the Chargers even score once in the AFC Championship and made fun of them in the press. They didn't go so far with maligning the Patriots but there were some comments by team members. Now if you mention the Panthers (U of P)...that's a different story. Big fan of theirs. Dan Marino's alma mater too. University of Pittsburgh Medical Center...awesome. Just the Steelers. Of course, I must admit liking Terry Bradshaw, Franco Harris, Lynn Swan and Rocky Bleier. As for the current team, Troy Polamalu stands out.

Maybe that's why I like Cetek. They don't brag and aren't pompous in their approach. Hopefully, they'll be a winner too.

That's very honorable of Ben and I'm happy that he is a man of God. As a military member and a fellow servant of Christ, I appreciate his statement.
However, the Jets were robbed.
