Bernake is talking DEFLATION i.e. no jobs, lower prices...what Japan had in 80's/90's...thier index was 39,000, now only 9,000 years later, never recovered,,,and they were export driven, we are import driven....this country can not see housing prices decrease any longer...too many buyers will stay on the sidelines waiting for a long time
