RPH wanted to create an environment of confusion and chaos in order to make the co. stock desirable for NSS ers. The SHC was just one of many ways of creating that environment!!

I hope you still have your pre 10/16 shares. If you do you will be getting a dividend check for $2.20 x number of shares!!

Now that's a pretty big statement I'm surprise not more people jumped on it. I could probably ask 100 questions about this, but IYO how do you think CSHD/RPH would go about achieving this ? and where would the money come from ?

Something to think about:
If this was just a simple pump and dump case, and the prosecution and the SEC have all the prove they need beyond a shadow of doubt, WHATS TAKING SO LONG??
Time will tell and patience will be rewarded!!IMO!!

you are correct, whats taking so long? IMO they are stalling because they do not want the truth to come out. Will the case be dropped ? Will they go to court ? Will RPH and company file a countersuit ?

$2.20, well that is pretty low compared to Griff's estimates but at this point I would take anything.

Simple oversight by most folks. Rufus said a 7 for 1 (or whatever it was) was coming BEFORE even filing to increase the AS to accommodate. Of course, he NEVER filed that.

Now it's a dividend.

Whatever you say! Is he going to redirect the money he's using to pay for a motel room for his family into this dividend? Yes, every day, CEO's are brought in from motel rooms after being evicted from a rented home. Every day, I tell ya.
