Now that's a pretty big statement I'm surprise not more people jumped on it. I could probably ask 100 questions about this, but IYO how do you think CSHD/RPH would go about achieving this ? and where would the money come from ?

Ya...good questions--especially so, given that "10/16 shares" are no different than any other of the revoked CSHD issue.

Will RPH and company file a countersuit ?

What company? Countersuit for what? How would Harris suddenly gain the ability to respond in a legally coherent manner?

According to court transcripts, this is the evidence submitted to court Oct 25 ,2006 by Mr. Harris:

- Global funding agreement with Carracas group $500M with an annex to extend that value to $5B.
- Euroclear security codes to show transfer of above bonds into CSHD account.
- All the CSHD account codes for Euroclear and Bloombergs required to access the $500M bonds.
- declaration from Banco Centra de Venezuela affirming validity of bond.
- certificate of ownership stamped and signed by Banco de Venezuela.
- letter from ambassador to UNESCO, stating that Bernard Kuepper has been hired to hand bond transactions into CSHD accounts via Dexia bank.

Think about this:

Way would a crook submit all this evidence to the court??

Hey, you could check X financial institution at X number and verify that CSHD owns a financial instrument,. As many have and are eyewitnesses of that fact!!!!!!

If Rufus did not have the interest in these bonds that have been PRed, why and what does Rufus have to gain if he is claiming these bonds as assets, if this is not legitimate?

A few days of fame before he is found out and prosecuted?

IMO There is a lot more financial power through Institutions waiting and watching all this, documenting, and building one of the biggest cases that will rock wall street and clean out many U.S Government Departments!!
Their is backing of GLOBAL POLITICAL powers behind this little company that was ones called CSHD!!!!!!!

I think this will be one of the best moments recorded in pink sheet history. You MM's have caused harm to the wrong guys and they have come back for you, with a huge vendetta. You will lose millions upon millions of dollars before this is over.
