#3944 RE: RRRRRr #3943

II have been thinking on this but did not mention it before as it is always better to be careful to post thoughts before an idea is getting more an more reality: I would not wonder at all if shareholder - with other bunches of shares than ours! - might not really be satisfied with the results of the new management (maybe even of the old one) and might force legal action to find out if the management does not fill their pockets more than they should! We can't know this, but SPKL is progressing very bad lately and does not public new restaurants. Maybe the management intents to save money for themsalves insteed of re-investing earnings into progress! As I said, we can't know....but it would not be the first time in my life as investor that shareholder take leagl action against a management. And this is often the death of a story! Sorry, this board is made to psot opinions.....and as I am a shareholder since years and have no intention to bash....I must have the right to express my deep worries. And....there is no reason to wish me out of this stock...as I say, I am in a total loss with this stock....nothing to loose anymore, nothing to win anymore. Just waiting and hoping that we do not get screwed also at this microcap as we have got screwed at so many microcpas.

TO MR. RRRR

Hello, RRRRR. Great name! I just read all of your posts for the first time. None of your speculative statements would surprise me. You seem very on the up and up. I'm glad you are around. Your posts are very interesting to read.

A class action suit wouldn't suprise me either. I couldn't rule one out. I have been saying from day one that there was too much irrational exhuberance. I took a small nibble at .06, so I'm not underwater. However, what I find disturbing, is that I can't find anywhere in the public disclosed documents of Spkl that Bread Garden is paying 2% of its revenue to Spectra.

It's my understanding, based on old Spectra news (not Spkl news) that the deal consumated with Mr. Z required that Bread Garden pay 2% of its revenue on the current stores at the time of purchase IN ADDITION to all future stores. To me, that's a very signficant fact that shareholders should have known about. If it's still true, that is. And unless I'm mistaken, I can't find any disclosure anywhere.

Anyway, I didn't want to post here. You can find me on the Yahoo board. I am boycotting this one. I expect this post to be erased before you see it. It seems only pumpers are allowed to post here to have immunity from censorship. And I will not respond here, so you do need to talk to me on Yahoo if you want to discuss futher. I always stand behind the truth, no matter where it leads me.

I also love, btw, the way you end most of your posts with, "I'm a shareholder and I want to make money too." Yeah! I think people who make investments should want to make money. I personally could not be a salesman, selling something to somebody unless they get a benefit. Unfortuneately, the OTC world doesn't agree with this from my experience.
