I am glad you see the logic behind the numbers. i know this company and the business plan very well, and as you said, the new managment has been compensated well in advance for a job not yet done. the dilution is alarming, the debt unmanagable, and the profits, if any, are earmarked for the C level managment. I have some other knowledge that i have not shared yet, but the table could be set soon for a class action suit against the board for not revealing very pertinent facts as they are obligated too do. This is very disturbing bc a public company needs to have more values that this. Pure first grade mathematics will lead the smart investor to the facts. On the other hand, there is nothing a smart investor can do if they are misled.
