All this persons shells had 'real companies' with either a real product or service. Some were in development stages.
The problem is, the companies are imaterial/small - they are just used as faces of the shell so he and his crew can pump and sell shares, then move on to the next shell/company after slowly letting the company fade back in the distance (and stops issuing PR's). When he does this, he moves onto one of his other shells and repeats the process. He rinses/repeats between a few shells.
So in essense, yes, the company most likely is real, but inflated beyond belief. PR's will make them sound like Fortune 1000 companies, when in fact, they are either 100k or less sales a year companies, or companies ran out of a closet they are so small.
Most of the time, he meets people in clubs/bars and that is how he finds business owners and talks them into doing this (being the face of his shell) if he feels it is a business in a good enough market to pump up.
He has done VOIP/, Online Porn, Remote Device for Medical Records, RFID, Cannoball 8000 (which was the one previous on this shell), and im missing 1 more.
He has a couple shells he goes back and forth between, letting one die out after he sells his shares, comes back to it after people lose their money and things die down.
