I honestly hope you are wrong. However, if it gets to the point where they cannot sell shares anymore, they will be forced to R/S to keep the doors open. I just hope we have some outside funding or revs before that happens.
Question: Is the stock you're referring to stagnant with regards to zero news coming from their CEO? I would bet that it is. There continues to be frequent communication from LCRE's CEO and that's a positive.
In addition to new clients being added, have we forgotten that there is a potential for really big news regarding the DOD? That alone will make this stock take off.
I would suggest that you quit checking on the stock price hourly and let this thing run it's course. Certainly, we should all understand the risk and reward potential on penny stocks. This one is no different.
