Is the stock you're referring to stagnant with regards to zero news coming from their CEO? I would bet that it is. There continues to be frequent communication from LCRE's CEO and that's a positive. Jim put out a PR a week. The problem is, never take the word of a pink sheet CEO. You have to get verification from third parties.
In addition to new clients being added, have we forgotten that there is a potential for really big news regarding the DOD? That alone will make this stock take off.
New Clients? Are they paying clients? There is also potential for a total failure IF they were even in touch with the DoD.
