Take the 52 week high, divide it by 2 +/- 15% and thats your next high. (i divide by half because of the dilution)

so we should see .0055 to .0065 on the upper end.

When? i don't know but we're all here because there is good news coming, and i'm going to guess that just before that news hits we'll inch up to above .002 maybe .003 and then BOOMAGE with crazy vol
