no Nelson was talking about the 29billion in profits from the WAMU loan portfolio and the other guy was like well you cant because of FIRREA which is a hollow argument. either way we got the examiner. all he needs to do is find out what was stolen from the WMI holding CO. and all the other assets and stolen money:)

I would not put any stock in any comments by the FDIC legal team. We know they are a bunch of incompetent bullies who will get their due shortly.
