My take on Officer's Buybacks....
I think it is very important that CEO and officers buy shares when the share price is undervalued. If you think a few days, weeks, months, years down the road, the reasoning is very clear.
Put yourself in their shoes, and consider the 2 possibilities:

1.) You bought at a penny, and it's now at 10 cents and looks like it's gonna keep going up. How do you feel about your job? What kind of input are you bringing to work? How's your PMA (Positive Mental Attitude - see W. Clement Stone - I met the man when I was a teenager - what a thinker!).

2.) You bought at .10, and now it's at 8 cents - see above questions.....


I think it is imperative that company buybacks occur when the stock is undervalued, as is definitely the case here.

Agree. I think some buying at the ask in tandem with officers on the bid would be ideal for breaking through resistance. The MM would be forced to raise the officers BIDs. IMO
