speaking of the Smoking Gun.....I still find it interesting the THJMW used that term in open court a few meetings back while conversing with the attorney for FDIC. Just stuck out like a sore thumb to me at that time....that that thought would even be on the forefront of the judge's thoughts, and given that its such a loaded term....would be verbally stated like that.....seemed to me to be an indicator of potentially how she is starting to view this case. I guess we will garner more insight tomorrow........

Sounds and looks to me that every step SS has made in this case has been towards a goal very much like this one you have discribed. SS has all adversarials to EC exposed and vulnerable at once.
