I wish for "Law Professors" to use this case a precedence of an ethics class in the future. I can forsee it being used as a subject of teaching, I just hope it is used for ethics and duty to clients.

Ram.. You will do great at your choosen profession, do not let this case stand in your way of your future. You know the score.
Work hard and learn, so you may educate the rest of us.

We all have a destiny, it is a matter of encounters that change it. ~Don~

Rramirez, we have many "teachers" in life who give us examples of both values to uphold as well as those to reject. Every profession is honorable in and of itself; its the way each of us individually approach it. Several attorneys in this case may well be doing a good job, but are comprising their own ethics by what they do. No different from a doctor who willfully kills a patient, when he has sworn to do no harm.

The character you have presented on this board is reflective of the type of individual we need to practice law. You may never be the richest attorney, but you will have the respect of many, and most importantly, of yourself.

Do well, and make us all proud to have "known" you.
