matt25..Thanks for the reply. I agree that there have been nefarious trades & your reps discussion is probably true. It just sort of seems odd to me that the problem coincides with the need for massive shares & the SP requirement to accommodate the Russell reorg. so what happens? Shorting....of course that is all over now....6 day rule for MMs, you know. That had to be covered already, its the law.

So I will admit Im disappointed in how they capped us lately & remind myself that your rep is repeating what he was told to say. Maybe it is true, maybe Im paranoid, maybe medically nuts even. I will just say that Im agnostic, dont have any answer, just suffering.....& thanks again for sharing.
