In my humble opinion, Dr. Seymour in the test reported today, was simply demonstrating the safety of the nanocide in preparation for future tests to prove its effectiveness. Why it was done in this format, I have no answer. With so much at stake, I am sure he knows the best ways to proceed. GLTAL
