Please keep me on the straight and narrow:

If NOK wants to increase share in the second largest market in the world (U.S.), they must compete by selling 3G, duo mode handsets, right?

To do otherwise would leave the field wide open for competitors, who would be able to steal NOK's share for almost two years (thru 2006).

Would Jorma really sacrifice the U.S. market, rather than pay $1.00--$2.00 per unit in royalties?
