Linda welcome back. What are now the possiblities and road blocks of substantive consolidation?

I did further research today and I still cannot find anything that actually says Equity Interests are not included in Substantive Consolidation.

Bankruptcy 101: Creditors get paid IN FULL before equity is entertained, unless there is an EC. Without EC, forgetaboutit.
