Why do you continually take what I say out of context?



HERE IS WHAT I ACTUALLY SAID -



"I remember doing a lot of reading and studying of the disclosure statement before I posted my findings as I just stated above."



I DID NOT SAY - I HAVE DONE A LOT OF READING AND STUDYING ON SUBSTANTIVE CONSOLIDATION.



In what I have read about Substantive Consolidation I did not find any information that actually stated that Equity Interests were not included.


Since Equity Interests can file a Proof of Interest and vote as a Creditor I presumed that they are included.


I did further research today and I still cannot find anything that actually says Equity Interests are not included in Substantive Consolidation.


If you don't think that Equity Interests are included in Substantive Consolidation then please post reference to this information rather than posting distortions of my posts.
