Dew, Give me some pros and cons Feedback.
5)Public storage is obsolete going forward. It was hot in 05' and heavily funded under the previous administration. This President's policy sides with the FDA that related is the best stuff on the planet. The fast moving implementation of that policy will make shareholders rich. Why?

First, we need to establish a brightline difference between the new NMDP related bank and CBAI; where Kurtzberg might have a huge public opinion problem going forward.

Under the NMDP if you ship UCBs to them GOV'T owns the cells; your DNA. No problem with that some good has come from cells that were used for research; remember it would've been medical waste anyway. Kurtzberg and crew can't have it both ways. You can't get it at public costs advertising "FREE" and then highjack the insurance companies for $35k and project only one side as salacious in this deal. It worked under the public donor guides but the wave of backlash will be huge under this new public-private $35k fleecing; or will it?

((You FIRST must have a an insurance company willing to be fleeced to make NMDPs new related model work! The fleecing worked under the public model because insurance companies had no choice; they needed that unrelated HLA match stem to transplant back into the patient and NMDP named their price $35k - $100k because it was a monopoly.))

In the past what was the insurance companies response to the NMDP public bank for wanting them to pay $35k for the UCB stems for transplant? They paid but with much displeasure. Pressure mounting from gov't for insurance companies to cover the $35k fleecing forced insurance companies to do what? Raise rates!

Where does CBAI come in and WIN? It has a lab and is an independant contractor now. CBAI may have won the BEST new client forced to bank UCBs in America: Insurance Companies. PRICING Wins and the CEO said demand to bank at CBAI forced him to begin the Afford-A-Cord program ahead of schedule (June 2010). We now know Kurtzberg and crew began their fleecing of $35k back in May. Who were the clients releaved to see Afford-A-Cord? Insurance companies very likely are all over it.

If DEMAND at CBAI was up from Insurance Companies looking to avoid the $35k donut hole Matt may have lengthy contracts with ALL of these companies for ALL their Insured! Insurance companies were backed into the corner by the President. Either marry the NMDP at a tune of $35k for the stems or marry CBAI for far less.

What is also important to consider is these insurance companies know the policy and that $35k are permanent. These insurance compannies may just do a blanket coverage policy offering to EVERY insured person and LIMIT the NMDP out it's dealings as much as can be done. To do so REQUIRES banking all who give birth to whoever the Insurance Company contracts that service to. If CBAI has those CONTRACTS then we could be very wealthy shareholders of a penny stock; soon to be dollars.

"The largest most respected stem cell company in the world." Ladies and gentlemen that may happen next week if he has the contracts from the insurance companies for bulk storage!

((What We All Dreamed of Has NOW Happened in July 2010!! Thank you Mr. President.))

Analyze the FACTS and see if you come to a similar conclusion

Insurance Companies are FORCED to choose a service:

NMDP contracted banks $35k for transplants for a medical necessity

vs

CBAI bulk less than $3k per (3) yr storage contract costs for the Afford-A-Cord program; 'medical necessity' or $2.5k for the 'bio insurance' policy for those who do not have a medically diagnosed condition. CBAI might capture contracts from the (insurance companies) to bank ALL they insure, (EVERYONE) to avoid the $35k donut hole!

Am I not reading the PROMISING Future President Obama has presented to each of us going forward correctly? Pharma backs NMDP (wrong pony) and CBAI is the next major Pharma... Karma... Karma... wish I bought more of this stock!

Let me know if my scorecard is wrong Please!

10) Open a Stem Cell Research Lab on site to do research and development for Stem Cell Cures. Go to the other side of the business besides storage for pharmacy.
