#131374 RE: AlanC #131373

Alan, do you remember 8 years ago?

What if TM struck a deal with regulators that all would be compensated as long as he kept quiet until the time was right?

Regulators do not compensate unless you obtain a judgment against them. Notice how Tom does not sue any brokerages, never files a legal motion against the SEC or DTCC, never files a motion challenging the revocation request?

What if that is why TM wrote the letter he did to the SFC

Or what if the SFC was going to ask some tough questions, demand copies of the T/A's logs, demand to know why the T/A has never once stated there was a failure to deliver, found out Sytner is the focus of other inquiries. Kind of reminds me of LoCastro sometimes.

Expect the unexpected

Oh no, I fully expect the DOJ will be taking care of Tom's little buddy.

alan, wouldnt we have heard somethin by now from these 'regulators' ----- i doubt very much anything like that has happened, my friend. i dont know why megas didnt at least COMMUNICATE with the SFC when they reached out to him.

in fact, on the surface, it was almost like Megas was sabotaging things- because that is what he accomplished.

unless it was "opposite day" a la Spongebob. saying the opposite of what you mean, for fun.
