sean: IMO, the next leg up could be in about a month if/when we see an 8K detailing the first real financially successful deal that appears could be worth (based on a guessed monthly burn rate wording of the last 8K) I'd guess at least $8MM to possibly $12MM dollars.

Their market cap now is a paltry ~$5MM. That's w/ nothing in the bank and bleeding money monthly and having just borrowed another $2MM recently. They get the deal done, they pay back the $2MM plus interest and have money in the bank to fund themselves even if nothing else comes in the coffers, for the next 12 months.

That's a huge turn around.

I think it should translate into a huge rise in the stock price.

I think we could easily see a buck in our near future if this takes place...easily.

Given the market cap is now ~$5MM w/ nothing in the bank. With let's just say for arguments sake and easy math, they have after paying off the loan, $10MM in the bank. Let's say the valuation is a slim 5x's earnings...that right there would put us a a buck. Let's say that valuation becomes 10x's earnings...that would put us at two bucks. More money comes in, and that would just make the valuation and translated market cap even higher which would should create a great increase in the pps.

I'd be surprised if we go and stay much lower than where we are now and if what we think could happen soon, happens, I'd be more surprised if we don't go much higher than where we are now.
