Confirmation of The Plan of Reorganization (POR) is on the court calendar for Oct 27. So he could be basing "November" on that. It doesn't mean he knows anything about equity being included.

There is absolutely no way that a broker would have any kind of information like this, that would be meaningful. Even if a company president knew something (highly doubtful), for the information to leak to or to be told to the retail sales force is completely absurd.

There is "NO WAY" a broker would have that type of info. Second, if one new they would all know! These stocks would be through the roof!

I'm sorry, but that's not a reasonable speculation. A broker handling phone calls for Scottrade just isn't going to have such info. He may have stumbled on his words, but not for the reasons you want to believe.
