buy after the reverse split, once they make the official announcement this will dive then after the reverse split take a good position and the news and approvals will come in and push this up. i would have to say though, this is a bad time and price to buy just my opinion, do your own DD before buying any stock on any market. good luck.

(This info is a couple of years old, but still gives a good perspective on the various designs in the pipe. The Microsoft-backed Traveling Wave Reactor design is a bit too much pie-in-the-sky to be a credible contender.)
