They did stop for a bit.... as soon as there is enough buying at .0001. Then you see they just short it at .0002, .0003 and so on.

BUT! once they are in cover mode you will not see them making the market so gradual. They too will have to buy back all the shares they shorted at even .00005. All they are doing is buying time and trying to avoid the inevitable.
