I am not arguing with you about the past. The crux by investing in a stock is, we never do know, how much dilution will hit us. To avoid such hits, simply stay away and concentrate on those, where at least this factor is not a problem. AOGN - but this is my personal opinion, will have to go trough a dilution process over the years, which of course means, that those coming in last will benefit and those who have been in there first, will lose. At the end, the dilution will have to be meet with assets and positive net revenues, if not, everybody will have lost. But, this observation is valid for almost every company.
