Dilution?? They have nothing to dilute. This company is built on nothing but debt. All the assets are going to Kent Rodriguez's wages. If there is an increase in assets, there is also an increase in KR's wages. Has no one ever noticed this? Even to this day.........if by some reason there was a well all of a sudden start producing, these proceeds would go to KR not the shareholder. This is the way this CEO makes his living. The shareholder flips the bill for him, he has absolutely no risk, and all liquid goes in his pocket.
I have to ask..........is this what I want to invest in????? I suppose so if I need a tax deduction but if you're here to make MONEY you are at the wrong place.
