Definitely disappointing at this time. Municipalities are not spending the money. I hear that some of the original financing arms, The Water Fund, Wynnefield, etc. are anxious to "get their money" or at least part of it. Remember, their cost (and Andy's and other top mgmt) is $0.08/share. The company wants to do it right, however, I hear their is "some" pressure to monetize the investments. How they would do this is still very uncertain. I'm in this for the long haul...but my patience is probably 2011. Once 2011 ends, my investment with this company may end. And where is the quarterly update?
